Full moon

Sengkang was busy last night with kids up till 11 pm running amok in the playground. The atmosphere was great but those errant kids leaving spent sparklers in the playground really was a damper.

Josh was zig-zagging his sparkler in pure enjoyment. I wonder if we could enjoy such simple things full-on as worrying adults. My mom seemed to have it all figured out as she handed out one sparkler after another in glee. We, of course, don't leave spent sparklers lying around for people, running toddlers to stumble upon.

What We Are Called to Do…

Actions that lead to overwork, exhaustion, and burnout can’t praise and glorify God. What God calls us to do we can do and do well. When we listen in silence to God’s voice and speak with our friends in trust we will know what we are called to do and we will do it with a grateful heart.

Into the eye

Mother Teresa of Calcutta

Love others as
God loves you
Remember
Works of love
are
Works of peace

God bless you
M. Teresa M.C.

Nothing Happens but the cake is one nice dream

NOTHING HAPPENS
Bhau Kalchuri

"There are kings, queens, palaces and huts.
But do any of these have any existence? It is all the chain
of illusion.
One who finds love finds the secret of this.

O Meher, your game is beyond understanding.
Everything happens, but in reality nothing does.

The whole world is nothing but a vacant dream.
Everything happens in the dream. Day and night is a dream
and everybody is lost in it.
But one who awakens from it knows the secret."

Read the whole poem here .

But this cake on Teacher's day was a nice dream. Another one of those deeply consoling things that have been happening all the time in this storm.

It has begun...

Look, I am not going to take this anymore.
up the stairs along the corridor. 5 mins later
ring ring, "its only the motherboard, so its gonna be free... 'thank you God'
2 mins later on the stairs
"It has begun..." to Gandalf and Sam
in the meeting room. 5 mins later
1 year away from home...alone, dude, show me the papyrus
2 hrs later, at borders
Dei, I the man.
Congrats.
Its tiger time
a beer well earned
